Vaultly does not collect any personal data. There is no server, no account, and no analytics. Everything you put into Vaultly stays encrypted on your device.
None. Vaultly has no backend infrastructure of any kind. We cannot see your files, your PIN, your pattern, your recovery phrase, or how you use the app — not because we choose not to look, but because that information never leaves your device.
The app makes no network requests. It works fully in Airplane Mode. It contains no third-party SDKs — no Firebase, no Sentry, no advertising or attribution frameworks. The only actions that open the internet are ones you explicitly tap: the links on this page, the Terms of Use link, and the App Store subscription management link. Each opens in Safari; Vaultly itself sends nothing.
Files you add are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM. Each file is encrypted with a key derived from a single vault key, which is itself wrapped separately by your PIN, your pattern, your biometrics, and your recovery phrase. Keys are held in the iOS Keychain and, for biometric unlock, in the device's Secure Enclave.
Encryption keys never leave your device. They are never transmitted, never logged, and never included in any diagnostic report.
Vaultly requests these permissions only when you use the feature that needs them:
Denying any of these disables only that specific feature.
Vaultly uses local notifications only — generated on your device, for example to tell you that files shared from another app are waiting to be imported. There are no push notifications and no notification server.
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Vaultly never sees your name, payment method, or Apple Account details. We receive only a yes-or-no answer from iOS about whether an active purchase exists, and even that is read fresh each time the app launches rather than being stored.
Purchases are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Vaultly can export an encrypted backup file. That file is encrypted with your PIN and recovery phrase before it leaves the app, and where it goes afterwards is entirely your choice. If you store it in iCloud Drive, on a computer, or send it to yourself, the privacy terms of that service apply to the stored file. The file's contents remain encrypted and unreadable without your credentials.
Vaultly collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to delete. Removing the app, or using "Reset All Data" in Settings, permanently destroys the encryption keys and all stored content on your device. This cannot be undone and cannot be reversed by us.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Vaultly's no-data-collection design is a core commitment, not a temporary state.

Her biri Safari'de açılır; Vaultly kendisi hiçbir şey göndermez.
Eklediğiniz dosyalar cihazınızda AES-256-GCM ile şifrelenir. Her dosya, tek bir kasa anahtarından türetilen bir anahtarla şifrelenir; bu kasa anahtarı da PIN'iniz, deseniniz, biyometriniz ve kurtarma ifadenizle ayrı ayrı sarmalanır. Anahtarlar iOS Keychain'de, biyometrik açma için ise cihazın Secure Enclave'inde tutulur.
Şifreleme anahtarları cihazınızdan asla çıkmaz. Hiçbir zaman iletilmez, loglanmaz ve hiçbir tanı raporuna dahil edilmez.
Vaultly bu izinleri yalnızca ilgili özelliği kullandığınızda ister:

Vaultly yalnızca yerel bildirim kullanır — cihazınızda üretilir, örneğin başka bir uygulamadan paylaştığınız dosyaların içe aktarılmayı beklediğini haber vermek için. Push bildirimi ve bildirim sunucusu yoktur.
Abonelikler ve ömür boyu satın alma tamamen Apple tarafından App Store üzerinden işlenir. Vaultly adınızı, ödeme yönteminizi veya Apple Hesabı bilgilerinizi hiç görmez. iOS'tan yalnızca aktif bir satın almanın olup olmadığına dair evet/hayır cevabı alırız; o bilgi bile saklanmaz, her açılışta yeniden okunur.

Vaultly şifreli bir yedek dosyası dışa aktarabilir. Bu dosya uygulamadan çıkmadan önce PIN'iniz ve kurtarma ifadenizle şifrelenir; sonrasında nereye gideceği tamamen sizin tercihinizdir. iCloud Drive'da, bilgisayarda saklarsanız ya da kendinize gönderirseniz, o hizmetin gizlilik koşulları saklanan dosya için geçerli olur. Dosyanın içeriği kimlik bilgileriniz olmadan şifreli ve okunamaz kalır.
Vaultly 13 yaşından küçükler dahil hiç kimseden veri toplamaz.
Hiçbir şey toplanmadığı için silinecek bir şey de yoktur. Uygulamayı kaldırmak veya Ayarlar'daki "Tüm Veriyi Sıfırla" seçeneğini kullanmak, şifreleme anahtarlarını ve cihazınızdaki tüm içeriği kalıcı olarak yok eder. Bu işlem geri alınamaz ve bizim tarafımızdan da kurtarılamaz.
